no one knew then they did this to unknowningly innocent men women and children. later I was targeted in 1981 when reagan was elected because I was a potential whistleblower and was drugged and brainwashed and implanted by the military with a microchip. For scoffers google voice to brain mind control and look up the patents on these devices. I would have never believed the government would do this to people if it hadn't happened to me.

One question would be what exactly were they testing on it. Just because he put the video up while talking about lsd dosages doesn't mean it was given lsd. However, beyond that I do know what you mean and whatever they were doing to it and the effects it had disturbed me as well. Sometimes we forget that even though we call ourselves human we're still animals.
Too bad some can't control that part of themselves. Probably mostly because they can't acknowledge it...we're humans remember.

You should cry for the innocent lives destroyed by unwarranted human experimentation by entities that have yet to be brought to justice.
I understand about the cat, but what if this happened to a family member, or you?

It was perpetrated on both Canadian and US citizens. And it had nothing to do with Canadian national Health Care - that's simply the system that was in place. If Hilary Clinton actually meant what she said about implementing national health care in the US, that would be a very good thing (the current US health system is the costliest per capita in the industrialised world), but i don't believe she does... |
