I agree completely. Policy is definitely the most strenuous debate event in the NFL, and the speech and cross-X are very unimpressive. I know spreading is frowned upon in the NCFCL, but even if your speech isn't long enough, you shouldn't try to draw it out and put your audience to sleep. You can easily get eight minutes out of anything. And theory isn't your enemy! USE IT!
This is just another example of why the NCFCL holds up poorly against the NFL and NCFL.

This is NCFCA policy, the style is a little different than NFL policy. Try reading the info on the side?

How is this policy? It's a digression of policy to the old ages. The format of the speech itself looks more like PF or Parli. Evolve!
