During my Criminology Ba Honours Degree we were offered a module focused on white collar/corporate crime. I chose the Bhopal Incident. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. More shame on the USA.

most people are too ignorant to even know this ever happened.
despite that it's one of the worst industrial disasters in history. But you won't see any American media following this story....

Its horrible that Union Carbide, an AMERICAN owned pesticide company, tried their best to take no fault in the tragedy. This story is an example of "corporate abuse" and "corporate impunity". People today are still dying today because of this gas leak. |
