George Bush was in power for 8 months upto 9/11.
However, he inherited the same security advisor under Bill Clinton, Richard Clark, who knew very well the threat that Osama bin Laden had posed in the past. He was ignored.
How is that Bill Clinton's fault?

Ok, I miscalculated. The elections were in 2000, George Bush was sworn in, in Januari 2001. You're right.

Oh, ok. George Bush was sworn in early 2000. September 11 2001 would make that about 1 year plus 9 months and 11 days.
In your scenario, he would have been sworn in in the year 2001.

He knew exactly where the plane was going, in order to know how far it was from its target! I never thought of it that way! Just the 'do the orders still stand' had significance to me.
More proof.
Noone would have known it was categorically headed for the pentagon unless they were in on it surely?

You are very ignorant. You graduated at the bottom of the class correct? Who was in charge during the first bombing of the twin towers in 1993? Wouldn't that be a little heads up (to most) that maybe there should be an increase in national security? Who was in charge when the bombing of the USS Cole happened? Clinton was clueless and caused the deaths of many.
