I find Levs animations to be a sure cure for my depression Other cures I have found helpful are ~ Getting out of bed ~ meditation ~ sunshine ~ Yoga ~ intermingling with other humans ~ looooooong walks in the bush behind my house! Also the is NO medical proof to the argument that depression is a chemical imbalance, its more a pharmaceutical company bank balance/imbalance. The world is crazy ~ I think its a good option to feel sad (a little) Also try Dancing while no~one is watching. Peace
