I find these WSIB commercials so campy that they can't be taken any other way than humorously, like a bad zombie flick that you just have to grin at. At the same time, I personally wouldn't air flesh-munching zombie movies at three in the afternoon. Yes, it's think-of-the-children time again, with all that that entails...but it does apply. And, yes, folks, these things DO count as gallows humor, even if they turn some people's stomachs.

I understand the necessity of communicating workplace safety, but these commercials take it much too far.

Some safety thing may go overboard, but workplace safety is definetly important.Ive seen 2 guys get their hand crushed in a punch press and 1 guy got his thumb ripped off in a mill machine. Accidents happen, but a lot can be prevented

The only "accident" that's ever happened was this advertising campaign. I have never been a big fan of WSIB advertising and this just confirms my dislike.
