Would you rather her go on about the fight in interviews? That would be really unprofessional. When you promote a movie you don't focus on the silly behind the scenes drama that could take away from the film.

Wow! The contrast between the private sector and non-profit public sector is sharp. I was treated similar to this when I was an intern with the Donner's Production company (the ones who made X-Men). My boss would throw things at us and calls us profanities. But I think that sometimes you just need to explode to improve your relationship with someone not that I'm advocating how he reacted.

The irony when he tells Tomlin to act like a "fucking grownup". Both were being douches but c'mon O'Russell didn't have to throw and kick all that stuff from the desk. That is not professional.

And does anyone think that girl who he nearly hit with the stuff from the desk could have complained about that to someone?
I am actually surprised people sill sign with him to make movies if he has got a templer like that.

It was a great film. He's a good director and she's a good actor. Who knows what was said building up to this. Also it's a film lots of money is being burnt by the minute, it puts a lot of pressure on everyone. If people don't care they don't get upset. Because they cared about the movie, even if they disagreed - it resulted in a good film.
