Have mine a year and had no problems, just once i had to reset it. i got one of the first that came out last year, i'm sorry to hear you've had so much trouble because this is a lovely little player

I don't know if U surf on internet explorer, but in mozilla you can get a video download helper (i have it), just convert it to the format U like :).

I love this player. I have the 30 GB version, and I've had very little problems (surprising for a Zen product.)
Better than Zen Vision: M, except you can't record radio...

I just bought the Zen 8g and i must say that it is better than the nano (which I also have. No bias here). I am so glad I bought it and am happy for doing so. Great player. And it does not feel cheap or toy-like. It is great. |
