SPOOF! Water powered car? I've done a fair bit of Chemistry now... at Uni... Unless you're talkinga about the ion exchange you get between two terminals for a very small electrical current, there's no, and I mean -no- way of taking energy out of water. It takes energy to break it into oxygen and hydrogen. Not surprisingly, the same amount that you get when they combust! Unless... You... Of course! I have it!!! Nah, I'm just yanking yer chains.

I just thought because the term efficiency usually relates with energy efficiency. As in car engines have a 30% efficiency, batteries have 80%. Meaning the energy that you put in, only 30%. the 213% efficiency threw me off because it means you put in energy, and you receive 2.13 times the energy that you put in, which is impossible. Either way, 2.13 times better? better compared to burning oil? If that's the case then electrical energy(80%) is 2.13 times better than burning oil in an engine(30%)

I'm also a former FBI correspondant and a former Apollo astronaut. I invented free energy. All you do is steal a whole bunch of AA batteries and use them to run an electric car. It is very efficient and will work.
