read Kingdom Come by Mark Waid and Alex Ross. Then you'll know what good artwork is. But the artwork in 300 isnt bad either.

it's meant to over the top, it's a retelling for the spartans fighting in the second battle at the end...pretty obvious to most people. as for the lack of formation fighting, are you talking about the same film as everyone else?

Some other inaccuracies, and I may be wrong about these: the Persian army didn't REALLY include giant, man-beast monstrosities, did it? Also, I'm pretty sure Xerxes wasn't a giant in real life, but it's possible that he had some kind of bone disorder of which I'm unaware. Now that I think about it, they didn't even have CAMERAS back then! How am I supposed to believe the footage is accurate? I mean, come on! Thank God for concerned movie-goers like astrakux.
