In this video, Brian Harris of UBS tells the story of how ORIX's President and CEO James Thompson (aka Captain J) threatened to sue UBS if they didnt buy back their B-Piece bonds. James Thompson commits 3 blatant instances of perjury in order to conceal his blackmail attempt. As ORIX's company motto is "Just Pay", this is just another instance of their extortion racket.

I'm sure the written laws haven't changed, however, when President Clinton committed perjury and was not removed from office, I knew something was wrong. I voted for Clinton and I did not think that the behavior that got him in trouble was relevant to anything relating to his leadership but, when he lied under oath save face and, got away with it, I almost puked. THE LAW is worthless.

So lying is ok? I must have missed that law...perjury is still illegal in America right? Ok, just checking. Good look guys, this is what is wrong with America.
