I mix in random Spanish words when I speak in English, so does that make me stupid? It's just a way of having a different impact by using different words, even if it's in another language. Of course, I know Spanish fluently, but anyone who knows basic Spanish words would be able to insert whatever word they wanted to get their idea across more. Same goes with Japanese. People understand what kawaii means and if they want to use it let them;the whole point of language is to communicate, after all
