You are probably right. Or maybe it might sadden him how things haven't really changed for the better in today's time. For it is quite the same now, but a sea's difference in location. Maybe also the fact how today's music doesn't really have an impression on the times now or have a message in them. The songs now are just about the singer's, not the world around them.
Both sides a worry the heart to me.

A very good song. Interestingly, as I was told, he borrowed a melody from a classical Russian composer (Prokofiev, I believe but I may be wrong). It is the interlude which is played between the lyrics.
P.S. I like Sting because he is not gay like most British pop singers.

This song is so powerful, and the lyrics so meaningful. It gives me shivers every time. Still so relevant, and applicable to current situations.

All Franklin did was discover conductivity of certain materials and how others can be used as insulators. Franklins research was the basis of Tesla's discovery. The Electric chari was created to demonstrate how dangerous Tesla's discovery would prove.

what's your point?

You're still wrong, Nikola Tesla was born after after Franklin died so what you've said wouldn't make any sense. All Franklin did to the best of my knowledge was show that certain electrical phenomena were actually explained by the same "stuff". Tesla was famously a proponent of delivering electricity to houses by means of alternating current, perhaps that's why you're confused. |
