Note to all: don't give live microphones to fidgety speakers who are using a lot of hand motion :P At least they took that from him.

why is it that all these very intersting videos you DO NOT GIVE THE PARTICIPANTS A MIKE?? too many times you cannot hear the question, and imagine that a reply that goes "yeah, we will have that done soon" doesn't help to figure out the question :-)
