making same vehicle for rocket artilleryu and for TBM is not at all as smart as it seems. It makes NO advantage AT ALL. So what if you can field missile with the rocket artillery loader, still, you will have to keep launchers for rocket artillery and for missiles WAY too far from each other.

MGM-140 has a range of 150km and is not nuclear (However, it could be armed with a nuclear warhead as well). Iskanders range is more than 3 times larger. SRBM and TM may have some similarities, but in general they are designed for different purposes.
