For god sake they don't do a demo of a phone... they do a demo of a OS that can and would be used on many "smart" phones. Not to mention that it is open-source and free. So I don't see how you even think of comparing the iPhone with this, or saying that Google made a phone to specifically use it. Basically everybody that makes a phone compatible with the OS can use it..
