dude it's lemmy :) i don't think only smokin,i think (just like phil anselmo and he's even worse but he's got his shit together again thank god) soooooo many booze and lack of interest to take care of his throat ...i'm a singer myself in doom,stoner ,psy heavy stuff metal and rock and sometimes when you smoke and drink alot it gets really messy down there :)
