Compared to Auckland, it is small (it's over half the size). Sure, the metropolitan area is almost the same size as Auckland, but the city itself is small to possess such extensive infrastructure. It wasn't an insult, it was praise for having such excellent infrastructure. =)
Hannover always looks like a very livable city and I envy you guys for living there. If I could, I'd leave Auckland and New Zealand tomorrow!

no. the parts of the vid aren't that old! 150 green ones are still in use, and will be even in future! Trust me the old ones are much more comfortable then the new ones... most people here like them more.

Our rail system basically serves no one. In our city only 6 million people a year ride it. Even on our buses, only 45million a year ride them too. No one uses public transport here really. But 8.5 million and only using buses, that's really bad!
