yea u right, but like i said before jay-z does not promote his artist.... Beanie Sigal, Freeway, & The Young Gunz did fairly good in record sells they all their albums went gold... and that was with very little to no promotion.... this is just my opinion but i believe they would have done a lot better if Hov would did more to promote thier work

that's true but u gotta look at it from hov's perspective. if u preview your artist's album and u don't think it has the mainstream pull to get you money then promoting it would be a risk. they put themselves in that position by holding onto their style of rap. which is cool but u can't blame jay.

jay a fuckd up business man. all that 40/40 shit abd all those endorsements was off the strenght of what he previously did but dame and biggs was there the whole time none of his success was built by himself he lyin if he say it was. it couldnt run def jam and he couldnt run rocawear and he couldnt run rocafella. he would of been better off with dame and bigg there. they made so much jus off the rocafella name. now it aint worth shit.i kno we aint rockin rocawear around here fam sorry
