Go to Edit/Prefrences/User Interface. Drag the brightness slider all the way to the left.

im still innocent...somebody tell me where can i get to download the cc radial fastblur...also how can i use my after effect plugs-in in the preset program, tried to paste it but not work...thanks in advance...
