PLEASE NOTE: As a result of extensive tests, spywarewarrior.com
suggests the following observations and recommendations:
1. No single adware/spyware scanner will detect all spyware/adware
programs. Install and regularly run more than one "trustworthy"
program (e.g., Ad-Aware and SpyBot S&D).
2. Some spyware programs cannot be removed by the current crop of
scanner/removal utilities. The most heavy duty removal tool is
HiJackThis.
3. Install other tools that prevent the return of spyware. Here is
what the site says:

also need to take preventative steps to ensure that unwanted software
doesn't come back. One effective way to prevent spyware and adware
from returning is to install an anti-spyware prevention program such
