Cellulite is more than just fat. It's fat that's worked its way up through layers of skins, showing up on the outside of our bodies as dimpled or lumpy-looking skin. Unfortunately, women have to deal with this more than men. It's just the way women's bodies are made.

So now you're probably thinking, 'Great, yet ANOTHER problem we have to worry about and they don't.' You are absolutely correct, ladies. We always get the raw end of the deal, don't we? So, do you want to learn how to get rid of cellulite? It may be as easy as avoiding certain things.

Just before you were about to take a big bite of something, did you catch yourself thinking, "This is gonna go right to my butt!"? Exactly, those are just the kind of things you want to steer clear of.

And this usually includes food high in sugars and saturated fats. All that yummy gooey stuff like cake, sweets, pie, ice cream, cookies, and so on. Yes, I absolutely understand that these are the only good things in life, but ladies!we have to let them go.

I do however have a suggestion for how to get rid of cellulite and not miss those things we love so much. We can simply replace them with other vices that are sinfully wonderful. Buy a new Lexus. Take long hot baths. Go on a fling with a younger man. Buy jewelry dripping with diamonds. Buy a new wardrobe.

But here's the real challenge! We also have to work out. You heard me, exercise. We can shrink our fat cells down to size with workouts like cardio and aerobics, minimizing the effects of cellulite.
